Spiritual Gifts Assessment

The United Methodist Church uses spiritual gifts to help our our members learn more about themselves, how God uniquely gifted them, and how to use those gifts for the benefit of the church and community at-large.

Each person has talents and gifts, given to them by God, which they can use to benefit others.

Lay Leadership

The United Methodist movement was a laity movement. For that reason, we want to support, encourage, empower, and equip every church goer to join the ministry of all believers.

Thanks to the Missouri Annual Conference, we have opportunities to learn, grow, and connect with laity all over the state through the Lay-Leader pathway. This pathway was designed with laity in mind, offering classes and teaching for becoming a more equipped Christ-follower.
