Cara Jones

First impressions & hospitality Coordinator |

Cara is married to Aaron Jones and has three children - Kate, Carter and Caleb. Her family means the world to her - they enjoy being together, laughing together and spending lots of time with their extended family.

What drew you into ministry at King’s Way?
My love for hospitality was realized gradually as I was given the opportunity to entertain my family and friends, as well as serve in hospitality roles at both church and the schools where my children attend. My heart's desire is for all people to feel welcomed and cared for by the church. I want to do my part to create an environment of warmth where everyone experiences a sense of belonging, feels connected, and most importantly falls more and more in love with Jesus.

When I found out about the opportunity at King's Way to serve in the role of coordinating First Impressions and Hospitality, I began to pray about it and got more and more excited about the possibility - I love my church, and the chance to join as a staff member is such a blessing!

How can the congregation pray for you?
I would appreciate the congregation's prayers that the Spirit will lead our church farther than we can imagine in the area of hospitality, and that we are willing to answer the call of loving our neighbor.

What do you love to do in your spare time?

My favorite thing to do is spend time with my family and friends - eating together, talking, playing together, etc. ! I also love to decorate my home and could spend endless hours reading decorating magazines and watching HGTV!
