When you are ready to enroll, please email kingswoodadmin@kwumc.com for a link to our online enrollment form.

In order to process enrollment, the following must be included:
- Completed enrollment form
- Copy of updated immunization record
- Signed Medical Examination Report (must be filled out by a physician)
- Non-refundable$100 registration fee (+$50 for each additional child)
Enroll now for Summer 2026 and the 2026-2027 School Year!
All classes will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.
